• Mr. Frank Kwaku Ramsay Lartey is the founder and C.E.O of Core Construction Limited and Platinum Seal Investment Limited.

• He holds a degree in Building Technology (BSc) from the University of Science and Technology, Ghana(1993).

​

• Under his leadership, Platinum Seal Investment Ltd has rapidly grown and currently supplies about 30% of Ghana's bitumen requirements, thereby directly competing with the likes of Total Petroleum and Vivo Ghana.

• Samuel Kwasi Boakye is a chartered accountant and a member of the Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr.Boakye currently serves as the Group Board Chairman

• In addition, he holds a certificate in Management, a BSc. in Economics from GIMPA, a post-graduate certificate, and an MSc. in Operations and supply-chain Management from the University of Liverpool.

​

• Mr. Boakye worked at the Word Bank/Ghana Government Agro project; Ghana Oil Palm Development Company, at Kwae as the Cost and Management Accountant for 10 years.

• Isaac is a Chartered accountant by profession and has a First Degree in Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honors from the University of Cape Coast (UCC).

• His career spans over 8 years of working experience serving in different capacities in the finance role.

​

• He has an MBA in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He also has a final professional certificate in accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

• Ms. Monic Nti Amponsah has served as a director for the group for more than 10 years.

​

• She brings a wealth of experience in procurement, road line marking, and asset management.

​

• In addition to her directorship, Mrs. Amponsah-Nti currently runs and manages the real estate division of the group.

• Kelvin Ramsey Lartey graduated with a civil engineering degree from Changsha University of Science and Technology, China.

• He also holds an MSc in Business Management from the University of Exeter, UK.

​

• Mr. Ramsey Lartey is proficient in Chinese (HSK 4) and serves as the group's liaison with its Chinese partners and currently doubles as a project/operations manager for the group.

• Christabel Ramsay Lartey is a Law graduate from Coventry University, UK.

• Ms.Ramsey Lartey currently serves as an assistant legal representative for the group.

• Mr. Nutifafa K. Afanyedor is the Head Project Manager of Core Construction Limited.

​

• He holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics (BSc) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana(2014), and also holds an Executive Project Management Certificate from GIMPA (2012).

• Prior to joining Core Construction Ltd, he was with COMBONI Centre, Sogakope in the Volta Region, as well as Urban Roads. At Urban Roads, he was the Sub-Municipal Engineer, Ho East

• Mr. Emmanuel A. Dickson is the General Manager of Platinum Seal Limited.

• He holds BSc. Accounting (Business Management)

​

• Before joining Platinum Seal Limited, he was an Accountant at Hotel Boulevard, Monrovia, Liberia.

​

• Mr. Dickson was also an accountant/Project Manager with Hotel Management Partners Group, Port Antonio, Jamaica.

• Mr. Emmanuel Osei Dapaah is the Director in charge of the Aggregates Crushing Operations.

​

• He spent most of his working life in Japan working with Morgani Wire and Cable Company Limited between 1990 and 1994, and Nissan Motors Corporation from 1999 to 2001.

​

• With an exceptional knack for business, he established and run his own company in Japan, Number 1 Japan Trading Company Limited.

• Before returning to Ghana, he was also the Sectoral Head of Production at Akahene-Kogyo Quarries in Japan.
