• Core Construction Limited is a wholly Ghanaian licensed limited liability construction company established and incorporated in 1995. The company was created with a focus on improving urban and rural infrastructure in general building and civil engineering in Ghana. Core Construction is licensed under the Ministry of Roads and Highways as category A1B1 of construction companies, and D1K1 under the Ministry of Works and Housing.

• Continuing in our legacy of innovation, we have achieved new milestones in almost every facet of the infrastructural department in Ghana. Due to our willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, Core Construction Limited has been responsible so some key infrastructural projects across the nation, thereby making us one of the most sort-after construction companies in Ghana.

• In collaboration with our sister firm, Platinum Seal Limited, we operate a 120-ton Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Plant located in Kpone, Tema.  We have also operate an 80-ton-per-hour Mobile Asphalt Plant situated in Barekese, Kumasi, and a new 160-ton-per-hour HMA plant in Golf City, Ashaiman. These facilities are equipped with all the necessary machinery which are needed to carry out any form of hot asphalt mix lay.

•  Platinum Seal Limited also has a Bitumen Processing yard located in Akotsi (Central Region), Elubo (Western Region), and in Kumasi. Platinum Seal Limited also hires construction equipment to other contractors who may have an urgent need of supplementary equipment at their project sites.

• Core Construction Limited also owns it owns two quarry lines located at Shai Hills which is equipped with modern technology to extract and process granite stones into different sizes for the overall construction sector using one of the best-performing crushing plants in the industry.
